Tarragon Chicken and Sunday Salad
Tarragon infused chicken is delightful, and healthy if prepared properly. Grilling is a necessity for me and I do believe the flavor is better. Sunday Salad is just a simple green salad that has never been in a bag longer than 10 minutes! Simply a green salad that is fresh. With some Ott’s dressing.. Google Ott’s dressing. Soooo good.
Chicken breasts that have been cleaned and marinated in a solution of
fresh tarragon
red wine vinegar
olive oil
garlic
salt and pepper
little teriyaki
Let brine 2 or 3 hours and grill. Serve at room temp.
