Golden Beets
Whole Foods is my new arena. These Gold Beets were just breath taking to look at. So fast I was to take their photo and prepare them..Curry was on my mind, and that’s what took place.

YUM YUM!!! I SOO love these beets! I grew some in the garden this past summer and we roasted them in the oven with a little salt, pepper and olive oil- amazing!!!

I love golden beets…actually beets of all kinds. Just simply washed, salted and roasted.
Have you tried the Chiogga beet?
