Tostadas Pico De Gallo

Red Raspberry Zinger Ice Tea with Tostadas Pico De Gallo and Queso Fresco is a delightful light dinner.  It is fresh and low in fat and calories and beautiful.

Very easy to assemble but the key is to have everything fresh.  From the cilantro to the cheese, it has to be fresh for it to be good.  This is not your “Been in the Refrigerator a Week” to make this or serve it.  Great time of the year to also think of this and even change the lineup.  Fresh Mango would be a great addition along with Avocado.  Enough said, here is the assembly process.

Fresh Refried Pinto Beans

Light Sour Cream

Rinsed Canned Black Beans

Pico De Gallo Fresh

Green Salad cut very thin with Cabbage for crunch

Queso Fresco Cheese

Fresh Cilantro

Assembly

Tostada shell needs to have the refried beans applied first. Then Sour Cream, Black Beans, Salad, Pico and Queso Fresca.
