Green Apple Crunch Salad

Apple Crunch Salad I would say is related to Cole Slaw. This is a great Springtime fresh salad especially if you love Green Apple’s. I really can’t explain how good this is. I would recommend you take this in place of potato salad or a green salad to your next family gathering.

Green Apple Crunch Salad

1/2 head of Green Cabbage sliced very thin

1/2 cup of walnut pieces

1 Green Apple sliced thin

1 stalk of celery sliced thin

1 to 2 cups of prepared light Blue Cheese dressing, Marzetti’s Simply Dressed Light

1/2 cup of golden raisins

1 tsp of sugar or to suit

pepper

Mix all and get very cold and serve 2 hours later from refrigerator.
