Summer Curry Almond Salad

One of the most refreshing curry salads I have eaten.

1 can of Blue Diamond SmokeHouse Almonds

1/2 bag of frozen peas, blanched and drained well

1 cup of mayonaise, not miracle whip

3 tab of good curry powder

1 can of water chestnuts chopped fine

Directions:

Process the almonds in your food processor, tiny tiny chunks. Add these to the blanched peas and add remaining ingredients.  Place in frig and get very cold!  Enjoy.
